Office Admin/ Receptionist



We are seeking a professional, customer-oriented Front Desk Executive to join our team. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our yoga studio.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

Clearly communicate information about our yoga therapies, classes, and wellness programs.

Guide potential clients through the enrolment process and support client retention efforts.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the studio's system software and database.

Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling, inquiries, and payments.

Collaborate with the team to improve client experience and support studio growth.

Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the reception area at all times.

Required Skills:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their wellness needs.

Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with data entry and software systems.

Organizational skills with attention to detail.

Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
