Front Desk Management

: Greet visitors, manage visitor logs, provide directions, and maintain a professional, organized reception area.

Communication

: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; handle general inquiries; and manage correspondence.

Administrative Support

: Schedule appointments, manage calendars, handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries, data entry, and filing.

Office Operations

: Monitor and order office supplies, coordinate with maintenance, and assist with event setup.

Confidentiality

: Handle sensitive information with discretion, especially HR-related documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

: Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.

Skills

: Excellent verbal/written communication, strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Technical

: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.

Personal Attributes

: Professional appearance, positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work with confidential information.
