to join our fast-growing team in the food industry. The ideal candidate should have completed basic graduation & should have
at least 1 year of experience
in
data entry, file maintenance, and front desk operations
. She will be the first point of contact for visitors and responsible for maintaining smooth office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Manage front desk operations including handling phone calls, emails, and messages
Perform accurate and timely data entry of records, reports, and documentation
Maintain proper filing systems for physical and digital documents
Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate with internal departments
Handle courier dispatch and inward/outward register
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Minimum 1 year of experience
in an administrative or receptionist role
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel)
and basic computer operations
Strong
communication skills
- verbal and written
Good
organizational and time-management abilities
Presentable and professional demeanor
Experience in a
Food Industry
office is an added advantage
Working Hours:
Working Hours - 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Week OFF: 2nd week Tuesday & 4th week Tuesday of every month.
