Anahatt Technologies is a growing web development and digital marketing company helping brands build their online presence and grow faster. We're looking for an energetic and organized Office Admin / Receptionist who can keep our operations running smoothly and ensure great client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and client communication
Schedule and host Zoom meetings with clients
Prepare and maintain project reports and documentation
Manage company's social media accounts (posting, replying, basic updates)
Coordinate daily office operations and assist management as required
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all tasks
Requirements
:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Confident with email writing and client calls
Organized, punctual, and proactive attitude
Prior admin or receptionist experience preferred
