Key Responsibilities
Office Operations & Administration
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office
Open and close the office as per working hours
Ensure office security protocols are followed at all times
Monitor and record staff
in-time and out-time
Maintain discipline and adherence to office rules
Staff & Vendor Management
Supervise and manage the
office boy and support staff
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance vendors
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and pantry management
Inventory & Asset Management
Maintain and track office inventory (stationery, pantry supplies, cleaning materials, etc.)
Raise purchase requests and ensure timely replenishment
Maintain records of office assets and consumables
Facilities & Maintenance
Coordinate with building management for repairs and maintenance
Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and facilities
Manage access cards, keys, and visitor entries
General Support
Assist management with administrative tasks as required
Handle couriers, deliveries, and visitor coordination
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements
Minimum education: Graduate preferred
2-4 years of experience in office administration or facility management
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and handle responsibility independently
Honest, disciplined, and detail-oriented
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for record-keeping
