Oversee daily office operations and ensure everything runs efficiently
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Organize and maintain files, records, and databases (digital and physical)
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments
Support HR, finance, and management with administrative tasks
Welcome and assist visitors and ensure front-desk coverage when required
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional office environment
Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and maintenance personnel
