Job Profile: Office Administrator/Receptionist (Female)
Education: Graduate or Diploma
Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front desk. Handle phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling. Assist in maintaining office culture and attendance of the team. Calculate salaries, creating monthly invoices, pay bills etc. Host cultural events, activities for the team. Provide administrative support and assist the boss with daily tasks. Coordinate with various departments for smooth internal communication.
Skills & Requirements: Graduate with fluent or intermediate english. Background in accounts preferred. Strong communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
