Xact Creations is looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations and support our creative and management teams. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities smoothly.

Key Responsibilities



Manage daily office administration and coordination Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally Maintain office records, documents, and files Coordinate with staff, vendors, and management Assist in basic accounting, billing, and data entry Schedule meetings and manage calendars Ensure smooth office workflow and discipline

Required Skills & Qualifications



Any degree or diploma (Administration / Commerce preferred) Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) Good communication skills (English & Malayalam) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)



Experience in a creative / digital / media company Basic accounting or office finance knowledge Familiarity with Google Workspace
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
