Position Title: Admin and Front Office Executive

Location: Kathrikadavu, Kaloor

Job Summary

The Admin and Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Front Office Management

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; direct them to appropriate departments.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Manage visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and maintain security protocols.

Administrative Support

Assist with document preparation, filing, scanning, and data entry.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Coordinate courier services, mail deliveries, and dispatches.

Support HR and management with scheduling meetings, interviews, and appointments.

Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents as required.

Office Coordination

Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.

Ensure maintenance of office equipment and coordinate with vendors for repairs.

Support new employee onboarding by preparing workstations and necessary documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
