Job Description

Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day office administration and provide admin support. Handle client communication through emails and ensure timely responses. Prepare and assist in documentation and other compliance-related records. Assist in preparing MIS/administrative reports for management when required. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for smooth workflow. Draft and send client communication emails; maintain email logs for reference. Monitor deadlines for client submissions, compliance filings, and follow-ups. Assist management with ad hoc tasks and special projects as required.

Requirements:



Graduate in any discipline with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Prior experience in financial services/AMCs/distribution industry preferred (not mandatory).

Role Overview:


This role involves managing general office administration, client email communication, and preparation of compliance-related documents to support smooth functioning of a mutual fund distribution company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
