Greet and assist showroom visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Maintain the reception area, showroom display, and ensure it is always clean and welcoming.
Manage walk-in client registrations and maintain a visitor logbook.
Administrative Support:
Handle daily office administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, stationery management, etc.
Assist with data entry, preparing reports, and updating records.
Coordinate courier and delivery services.
Maintain staff attendance and leave records in coordination with HR.
Showroom Coordination:
Coordinate with housekeeping, pantry, and facility vendors to ensure showroom upkeep.
Monitor stock levels of brochures, product samples, and customer takeaway kits.
Ensure that customer queries or concerns are logged and forwarded to the concerned department for timely resolution.
