We, MS Tradelinks - Authorised Service Provider For V-Guard located at M8, Chithra Nagar, Near NSS Karayogam, C.P.T, Vattiyoorkavu seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Female Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team to provide administrative and operational support to the V-Guard Customer Service Department by assisting in customer complaint handling, service coordination, documentation, and day-to-day office activities, ensuring efficient and timely customer service as per V-Guard standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Operations Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner Documentation & Record Management Coordination & Communication Billing & Support Activities General Office Administration

Qualifications:

Plus Two / Diploma / Graduate preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good organizational and time management skills Proficiency in MS Office and Email Applications

Freshers may apply Prior experience in customer service or office administration is an added advantage
