Seeking a proactive Office Admin/Executive Assistant to manage operations, Hardworking & Confident Basic office software, Computer & Mobile application knowledge Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records (physical and digital). Expert in handling Customer queries online and offline Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (letters, couriers, emails, Phonecalls etc.). Assist in preparing official letters, quotations, reports, and presentations. Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Good written and verbal communication skills Manage office administration tasks, including correspondence, emails, and phone calls. Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries efficiently. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
