Job Description

Core responsibilities:



Office organization and supplies:



Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed. Ensure office equipment is functional and coordinate maintenance or repairs. Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Scheduling and coordination:



Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for staff and management.

Communication and correspondence:



Serve as a point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.

Financial and record-keeping:



Perform basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing, tracking expenses, and managing petty cash. Coordinate with the accounting or finance department. Maintain accurate and organized files and records in both physical and digital formats.

Administrative support:



Provide general administrative support to various departments. Assist with tasks like data entry and document preparation.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Experience:
