We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented
Staff Manager
who will also serve as the
front-facing representative
of our office. This role combines
reception management, HR coordination, and overall office administration
to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a welcoming, efficient work environment.
You will be the
go-to person
for staff coordination, HR processes, client interactions, and administrative support--making sure the office runs seamlessly and reflects a professional, positive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations -- greet visitors, handle calls, and respond to inquiries.
Oversee day-to-day office activities, supplies, and vendor coordination.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and assist in recruitment and onboarding.
Support employee engagement, HR documentation, and policy implementation.
Handle basic finance tasks like petty cash, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and support management in administrative tasks.
Ensure the office remains organized, efficient, and aligned with company standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in office administration, HR, or front desk management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional demeanor, discretion, and a proactive attitude.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
