Job Role:
We are looking for a confident and communicative female candidate to handle office work and customer calls at our Kondotty office.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend incoming calls and customer enquiries
Make follow-up calls and manage leads
Maintain customer records and follow-up details
Assist with payment follow-ups and billing coordination
Handle basic office work such as data entry and filing
Prepare simple reports using MS Word and Excel
Support customers with basic service-related queries
Qualification:
Any Graduate
Salary:
?8,000 during probation period
?10,000 after successful completion of probation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
