2. Enter billing data into ERP/accounting software.
3. Track payments and follow up on outstanding dues.
4. Maintain billing records and resolve discrepancies.
5. Handle customer queries regarding invoices and payments.
6. Coordinate with vendors, staff, and management.
7. Maintain records, documents, and office supplies.
