Female Administration Officer

to support our operations and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage administrative tasks and ensure efficient office operations Support the sales team by managing leads, tracking inquiries, and maintaining client databases Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and internal team communication Assist in preparing sales documentation, reports, and client presentations Maintain organized records and oversee documentation flow Travel as required for client meetings, site coordination, or follow-ups within Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and surrounding regions
Candidate Requirements:

Female candidates only, aged between 25 to 40 years Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferably in Business Administration or related discipline) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Comfortable with fieldwork and traveling as part of the role Presentable, confident, and client-focused
