Job Overview:



We are seeking a

dedicated and organized female Office Administrator

to oversee daily administrative and operational functions of our cafe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating staff, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the cafe.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and update daily inventory records for food, beverages, and supplies. Monitor stock levels, prepare purchase requests, and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment. Manage staff schedules, attendance, and basic HR support. Oversee daily cafe operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Support the management in handling bills, petty cash, and basic record-keeping. Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and adherence to cafe standards. Act as a point of contact between management, staff, and suppliers.

Requirements:



Female candidate only. Previous experience in administration, hospitality, or cafe/restaurant operations preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Basic knowledge of inventory management and staff coordination. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic record-keeping. Good communication and people management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
