The Office Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Director and the office. The role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating communication, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient office operations. The position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative & Office Management
Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency.
Manage correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of the Director.
Maintain office files, records, and databases.
Handle travel arrangements, appointments, and meeting schedules for the Director.
Monitor and manage office supplies and vendor relationships.
2. Executive Support
Assist the Director in coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
Draft, proofread, and prepare reports, letters, and presentations.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Track important deadlines and follow up on assigned tasks and projects.
3. Communication & Coordination
Serve as a point of contact between the Director, staff, and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of deliverables.
Facilitate internal communication and assist in organizing staff meetings or company events.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
