Job Summary



The Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative and operational functioning of the office. This role involves coordinating internal teams, managing documentation, supporting management, and maintaining an organized and professional office environment. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities



Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative support. Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, projects, accounts, and technical teams. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally. Maintain and organize office records, files, contracts, invoices, and reports. Assist in preparation of quotations, purchase orders, delivery challans, and basic documentation. Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for management. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office requirements. Monitor office supplies and place timely procurement requests. Support HR activities including attendance records, leave tracking, and onboarding documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain office discipline. Assist management with reports, MIS, and follow-ups as required.

Strong organizational and coordination skills Excellent verbal and written communication Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to multitask and work under deadlines Professional attitude with problem-solving capability Attention to detail and confidentiality handling

Qualification & Experience



Graduate in any discipline (BBA/BA/B.Com preferred) 1-3 years of experience in office coordination or administrative role Experience in automation, real estate, construction, or technology sector is an advantage

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
