Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized

Office Administrator

to manage daily administrative operations and support our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries Maintain office files, records, and databases Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation Order office supplies and manage inventory Support management and staff with administrative needs Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams Ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently
Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and work independently Attention to detail and problem-solving skills High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred)
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with office management systems or accounting software Customer service experience Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or invoicing
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
