About the Role



We are looking for a

smart, organised and proactive Office Administrator

to manage day-to-day administrative operations of our Chartered Accountancy firm. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflow between Partners, Team Members and Clients.

Key Responsibilities



Managing

client communication

, calls, emails and follow-ups Maintaining

office records, registers, worksheets, assignment trackers

Scheduling

meetings, visits, hearings, deadlines, reminders

Handling

document management

, scanning, filing, data entry Coordinating with staff for

task allocation and TAT tracking

Ensuring

discipline, SOP implementation

, and adherence to office systems Managing

office supplies, stationary, housekeeping & vendor coordination

Supporting HR functions like

attendance, leave management, onboarding


Candidate Requirements



Minimum

1-2 years of experience

in Admin / Office Coordinator role Strong communication skills (Hindi & English) Good knowledge of

MS Excel, Word, Email drafting

Should be

punctual, disciplined, well-organised and reliable

Prior experience in CA/CS/CMA firm will be an

added advantage
