Role Overview:
We are hiring Admin Executives with strong computer knowledge and hospitality understanding to support daily administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle documentation, data entry, and maintain digital records.
Manage emails, calls, and routine office coordination.
Assist in scheduling, vendor coordination, and operational support.
Ensure smooth communication between departments.
Maintain basic reports and assist in day-to-day administration.
Requirements:
Strong computer literacy (Excel, Word, emails, basic software).
Good communication and organisational skills.
Hospitality background preferred (Hotel Management graduates).
Ability to multitask and work in a structured environment.
