We are looking for a highly professional Office Administrator to provide critical administrative, HR, and accounting support to the Director's Office in Noida.
Core Responsibilities
Executive Support & Scheduling
: Manage the Director's schedule, coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel. Line up candidate interviews with the Director based on available slots.
Accounting & Invoicin
g: Manage daily accounting tasks, including invoice follow-up with clients and processing invoice payments to partners/freelancers.
HR & Payroll Management
: Maintain daily attendance, leaves, and payroll records. Process employee revenue reimbursement.
Reporting & Communication
: Update the Director on a regular basis regarding accounting, HR status, and other key functions. Draft official correspondence and maintain filing systems.
Logistics & General Admin
: Manage office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications and Skills
Mandatory Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required for daily accounting, payroll, and invoice management.
Minimum: 2-3 YEARS 0F EXPERIENCE REQUEIED.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory.

Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, strong grasp of confidentiality, and a proactive approach.
