Maintain visitor records, appointments, and front-desk logs.
Handle couriers, mail distribution, and front-office housekeeping.
Office Administration
Manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace.
Maintain filing systems (physical & digital) and organize documents.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communication.
Maintain and order office supplies, stationery, and coordinate with vendors.
Support accounts team via basic data entry, invoice preparation, or expense records.
MS Office Responsibilities
Prepare letters, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Maintain Excel sheets for attendance, expense tracking, and data management.
Create PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings or company communication.
Use Outlook for official emails, scheduling, and coordination.
