Job Summary:



The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior management. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective management of executive schedules, meetings, and confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally and efficiently. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events. Maintain confidential files, records, and documentation. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of management. Support management with daily administrative and operational tasks. Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items. Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and other financial documentation. Ensure smooth office coordination and workflow for the executive team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
