Job Description

Office Operations:

Overseeing daily operations, managing office supplies, and ensuring equipment functions correctly.

Communication & Correspondence:

Greeting visitors, answering phones, responding to emails, and managing mail.

Scheduling & Logistics:

Arranging meetings, managing appointments, and coordinating travel plans for management.

Financial Tasks:

Performing bookkeeping, tracking expenses, processing invoices, and managing budgets.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining organizational databases, files, and personnel records.

Support & Coordination:

Providing support to HR, assisting with staff onboarding, and acting as a liaison between departments.

Facility Management:

Coordinating repairs and maintenance for the office facilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
