We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Office Administrator
to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will be organised, resourceful, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain a productive work environment.
Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
Maintain office supplies and handle procurement as needed.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist with HR functions such as onboarding and maintaining employee records.
Handle vendor management and liaise with service providers.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic accounting knowledge is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
