Job Title: Admin Executive - Showroom & Office

Key Responsibilities:
Facility Management:
Oversee daily operations of the office and showroom premises.
Ensure smooth functioning of infrastructure, including cleanliness, lighting, air-conditioning, and general upkeep.
Coordinate routine maintenance and urgent repair works.
Housekeeping & Vendor Management:
Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure all areas are kept clean and presentable.
Handle third-party service providers for housekeeping, security, pest control, and waste management.
Repair & Maintenance:
Arrange for electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and other service professionals as needed.
Maintain records of repairs, costs, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) schedules.
Construction & Renovation:
Monitor any renovation, construction, or interior works as per requirement.
Liaise with contractors and ensure timely execution of tasks within approved budgets.
IT & Internet Coordination:
Ensure seamless internet connectivity and coordinate with internet service providers in case of issues.
Liaise with IT vendors for basic hardware/software support and office network maintenance.
Asset Management:
Maintain inventory of office equipment, tools, and consumables.
Monitor utility services like electricity, water, internet, etc., and ensure timely payments.
Administrative Support:
Assist in procurement of office supplies, furniture, and fixtures.
Manage courier services, printing/stationery requirements, and miscellaneous administrative tasks.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fire-fighting equipment checks, and hygiene standards.
Keep records of maintenance logs, vendor contracts, and purchase bills.

Pay: ?8,673.88 - ?31,405.68 per month
