We are seeking a Client Experience & Office Administration Associate who will be the face of our Hyderabad centre ensuring every visitor, partner, and team member experiences professionalism, efficiency, and warmth that reflect EBG's brand values.
This role is ideal for candidates from aviation, hospitality, or customer service backgrounds who want to grow into a corporate environment with exposure to senior leadership and high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Guest Management
Greet and assist all visitors, clients, and partners courteously and professionally.
Manage the front desk, ensuring a premium and organized workspace at all times.
Coordinate visitor appointments, meeting room schedules, and hospitality arrangements.
Client Experience
Deliver an exceptional experience for walk-in clients, franchise partners, and investors.
Support leadership in hosting HNI guests, business partners, and internal events.
Maintain brand presentation, communication tone, and corporate etiquette consistently.
Office Administration
Handle calls, correspondence, courier, and office coordination tasks efficiently.
Ensure smooth operations by managing supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.
Support HR and Admin teams in organizing meetings, travel, and office events.
Communication & Coordination
Act as a key communication link between departments for daily operational needs.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all internal and external communications.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience:
1-3 years in front office, guest relations, or client servicing. Candidates from airline (cabin crew/ground staff) or premium hospitality backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
Education:
Graduate in any discipline. Training or certification in Hospitality / Customer Service preferred.
Skills & Traits:
Excellent verbal and written communication (English + regional language).
Strong command over presentation, grooming, and client interaction.
Polished, confident, and service-oriented personality.
Highly organized, punctual, and attentive to detail.
Positive attitude with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
Technical:
Proficiency in MS Office and communication tools (email, calendar, calls).
