We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented School Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our school. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors -- providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that administrative tasks are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for the school office -- greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries.
Manage correspondence, emails, and official communications on behalf of the school.
Maintain student and staff records in accordance with privacy and compliance requirements.
Assist with student admissions, attendance tracking, and report preparation.
Support scheduling of meetings, events, and school activities.
Manage inventory of office and classroom supplies; place orders as needed.
Process invoices, payments, and petty cash under school financial policies.
Coordinate communication between teachers, parents, and administration.
Provide administrative support to the principal and teaching staff.
Ensure a welcoming, efficient, and safe front office environment.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or degree in Office Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Previous administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and school management systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Friendly, patient, and service-oriented demeanor.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
