We're looking for a dynamic and organized

Administrator

to manage the day-to-day operations of our

Marketing Office

in a leading real estate company. The ideal candidate will act as the backbone of the office, ensuring seamless coordination between management and the team, maintaining discipline and keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily administrative and operational activities of the marketing office. Act as a communication bridge between management and staff to ensure clarity and coordination. Follow up on client payments and assist with related documentation. Maintain and update records, data entries and reports accurately. Coordinate with team members to ensure office needs and requirements are addressed on time. Support the marketing team in organizing meetings, campaigns and day-to-day schedules. Maintain a positive, collaborative and efficient office environment. Handle correspondence, vendor coordination and office upkeep.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related field. 3-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate or a similar industry. Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management. Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. A proactive, dependable, and people-oriented personality.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
