Position Overview

We are looking for a

proactive and experienced Administrative Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations across Office, IT, and HR administration.

This role is ideal for a

seasoned professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a structured environment, and values both

client-facing interaction and behind-the-scenes coordination. As the first point of contact for visitors, you'll represent our brand while ensuring smooth internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration

Welcome and assist clients inperson or on phone*
Manage office opening/closing and overall upkeep*
Oversee office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations*
Provide excellent customer service and support*

IT Administration (Basic Level)

Maintain accurate inventory of IT and office equipment(laptops, phones, SIMs)*
Coordinate with external IT support for troubleshooting*

HR Administration

Guide new employees through onboarding and orientation*
Monitor attendance through biometric login & leave management system*
Prepare attendance reports for payroll support*
Manage employee records, documentation, and offboarding processes*

Required Qualifications

5+ years of relevant administrative experience*
Strong command of

Malayalam (reading, writing, speaking)*
Good English communication skills (verbal and written)*
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills*
Professional, customer-friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills*
Basic computer skills (MS Office or similar tools)*
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data*
Team-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach*

Preferred Skills

Experience with HR/employee management systems*
Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge*
Prior experience in office management or coordination roles*
Familiarity with attendance/leave tracking tools*

Location & Work Arrangement

Location: Tripunitura, Kochi, Kerala*

Work Mode: Full-time, in-office position*

Working Hours: Monday - Saturday 9:30 am - 5:30 pm*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
