We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant to handle daily administrative tasks and support smooth office operations. The candidate

must be fluent in Hindi

Key Responsibilities:



Handle day-to-day office administrative activities Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams in

Answer phone calls, manage emails, and handle correspondence Maintain office records, files, and documentation Perform data entry and basic computer work Assist in billing, invoicing, and follow-ups Manage office supplies and inventory Support management with routine office tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any basic degree

Fluency in Hindi (spoken & written) - Mandatory

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email) Knowledge of English/Tamil is an added advantage Good organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work independently

Working Hours:



Full-time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
