Responsibilities



Outbound & Inbound Calls

Clearly communicate features, benefits, pricing, and offers. Customize pitch based on customer needs.

Lead Qualification & Follow-ups

Identify genuine leads and nurture them through follow-up calls.

Customer Relationship Management

Provide post-call support when required. Record feedback and escalate unresolved issues.

Vendor Interaction

Order tracking and dispatch oversight

Data Entry & Reporting

Maintain call logs, lead status, and customer interaction reports.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
