Responsibilities:
Maintain and update student, staff, and school records in EMIS, UDISE, CBSE, and other portals
Handle online registrations, data uploads, corrections, and compliance submissions
Prepare official reports, letters, and correspondence
Maintain admission, attendance, examination, and fee records
Coordinate with education departments and board offices
Manage files, documentation, and statutory registers
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com / B.A / B.Sc / BBA preferred)
Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, school ERP systems)
Experience in handling education portals such as
EMIS, UDISE, CBSE, and state education portals
Good knowledge of documentation, data management, and reporting
Strong communication skills in English and local language
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Prior experience in school administration or educational institutions preferred
