Job Description

General admin roles ensure smooth office operations through managing communications (calls, emails, mail), scheduling (meetings, travel, appointments), maintaining records (filing, databases), handling supplies/equipment, supporting staff/departments (HR, Finance), and coordinating events, acting as the central hub for organization and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Office Operations:

Managing daily tasks, supplies, equipment maintenance, and mail.

Communication:

Answering phones, directing calls, managing emails, and handling general inquiries.

Scheduling:

Booking meetings, managing calendars, coordinating appointments, and arranging travel/accommodation.

Record Keeping:

Organizing and maintaining files (digital/paper), updating databases, and ensuring data accuracy.

Financial Support:

Processing invoices, handling expense reports, managing petty cash, and basic bookkeeping.

Meeting & Event Coordination:

Preparing agendas, taking minutes, arranging logistics (rooms, catering) for meetings and events.

Visitor Management:

Greeting and directing clients, guests, and vendors.

Departmental Support:

Assisting HR, Finance, and Managers with reports, data, and specific tasks.

Policy & Procedure:

Ensuring compliance and assisting in developing/implementing office policies.

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
