Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for all office activities and projects.
Support the finance team by processing invoices, managing budgets, and tracking expenditures.
Facilitate communication among team members and act as a liaison with external stakeholders.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance operational workflows.
Provide administrative support for projects, including preparing presentations and reports.
Requirements
Proven 1to 3 experience as an office administrator or in a similar role within the IT industry.
Proficient in office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address and resolve office challenges efficiently.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
