We are looking for an experienced Admin Manager to manage end-to-end administrative operations, ensure SOP compliance, and support leadership with efficient office management.
Key Responsibilities:
? End to End HR recruitment and operations
? Oversee daily office administration and facility management
? Coordinate travel, events, meetings, and logistics
? Prepare meeting agendas, record MOM, and track action items
? Implement, monitor, and ensure SOP compliance across departments
? Handle confidential internal and external communications
? Conduct monthly departmental audits and report findings
? Monitor billing, payments, rentals, and maintain financial records
? Track company assets and vehicles through OMSW
? Supervise reception operations and field staff activities
? Manage executive calendars and scheduling
