Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office
Maintain records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
Handle correspondence including emails, letters, and phone calls
Assist management with reports, data entry, and documentation
Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when required
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
