Established in 1993, Orbit Textile Engineers is a dynamic trading and manufacturing firm specializing in high-quality textile spares and accessories, catering to large spinning mills, weaving units, and garment companies across India. We represent major brands like

Moksha Thermoplastics, Exemplar, and Jaytex

, alongside manufacturing our own brand of products. We are looking for smart, quick-witted, and dynamic individuals to join our office team.



We are seeking

smart, fast-paced Office Executives

to manage day-to-day operational support. The ideal candidates will be young professionals with a proven track record of rapidly acquiring new skills and handling diverse administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities



Financial Administration:

Accurate and timely data entry, billing, and basic book-keeping using

Tally ERP/Prime

.

Data Management:

Maintaining and organizing office records, supplier/customer databases, and sales reports.

Excel Reporting:

Preparing basic reports and performing essential data clean-up tasks (e.g., sorting, filtering, basic formulas, de-duplication) using

Microsoft Excel

.

Correspondence:

Drafting professional emails and documents using

Microsoft Word

with decent English proficiency.

Logistics Support:

Assisting the sales and logistics team with order processing and coordination of dispatches/deliveries.

Industry Learning:

Rapidly picking up knowledge about textile machinery spares and accessories, and our product range (Ring Tubes, Cans, Lubricating Machines, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills



Experience:

1-3 years of proven working experience in an office administrative or executive role.

Prior experience in a textile machinery, spares, or engineering firm is highly preferred.

Software Proficiency (Essential):

Strong working knowledge of:

Tally (Data entry/Billing)

Microsoft Excel (Tabulation, Data clean-up and reporting)

Microsoft Word

Language:

Decent proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking

English
