Admin Coordinator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day administrative operations, assist with travel and accommodation arrangements, manage office supplies, and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth functioning of office activities. Freshers passionate about administration are encouraged to apply!
Key Responsibilities
Handle travel bookings (flight, train, cab) and accommodation arrangements for employees.
Manage vendor coordination, including documentation, follow-ups, and service management.
Oversee office stationery and ensure timely replenishment.
Support procurement activities and maintain purchase records.
Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Maintain logs, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
Qualifications
Any graduate (preferred).
Fresher to 2 years of experience in administration or coordination.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
