We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Office Administrative Assistant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will help keep daily operations running smoothly by providing administrative support to staff, clients, and management. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a positive, professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees
Answer and route phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Maintain office filing systems (digital and physical)
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
Prepare documents, reports, and basic spreadsheets
Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
Assist with onboarding and general HR paperwork (if applicable)
Support accounting tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and expense tracking
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and functioning effectively
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree a plus)
Previous administrative or office experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
