Job Role: Office Admin:

Manage daily office operations and administration.

Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

Maintain office records, files, and databases.

Organize meetings, schedules, and appointments.

Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations.

Manage office supplies and inventory.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers.

Support HR and accounting tasks as needed.

Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient office environment.

Provide administrative support to management and staff.

Billing and invoicing

Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, P/L statements, etc

Maintaining accurate financial records.

Following up for payments

Qualification:Bachelor's
