Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Handle customer billing, invoicing, and maintain accurate sales records.
Maintain and update stock registers, purchase entries, and vendor records.
Coordinate with suppliers for material orders and deliveries.
Manage petty cash, expense tracking, and basic accounting support.
Attend to customer queries (in person and over the phone).
Prepare reports on sales, stock, and expenses for management review.
Support owner/manager in administrative and operational tasks.
Ensure office cleanliness and proper filing of documents.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in office administration or retail operations (hardware or construction industry preferred).
Skills:
Basic accounting and billing knowledge (Tally or MS Excel preferred).
Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
Computer literacy - MS Office, billing software, email handling.
Organizational and multitasking ability.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Sunday: Weekly Off (or as per store policy)
