We are looking for an energetic and organized
Office Administrator
to support our daily operations and assist the sales team in order processing. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination.
Assist the sales team with quotation preparation, order processing, and follow-ups.
Maintain records of sales orders, invoices, and dispatch details.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners as needed.
Prepare and update reports in Excel and maintain databases.
Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence efficiently.
Support management in various operational and documentation tasks.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Education:
Graduate in any discipline
