Job Summary



The

Admin Incharge

at Etch.ink plays a key role in managing daily operations, leading the center team, handling communications with parents, and driving admissions growth. The primary responsibility is to ensure smooth functioning of the institute and achieve monthly

admission and fee collection targets

, while maintaining an energetic and welcoming environment for students and parents.

Key Responsibilities



Admissions & Enrollments

Generate new admissions through walk-ins, inquiries, and follow-ups. Handle admission inquiries via phone, social media, and direct visits. Maintain admission records and update student details regularly.

Parent Communication & Follow-up

Call parents for inquiries, confirmations, and feedback. Maintain regular contact with parents regarding fees, attendance, and student progress.

Fee Collection & Records

Ensure timely fee collection from students/parents. Maintain accurate records of payments and issue receipts.

Social Media & Marketing

Manage Etch.ink's social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.). Post regular updates, photos, and achievements to promote classes and events. Support in planning small marketing campaigns and promotions to attract new students.

Team Coordination & Operations

Supervise teachers and support staff at the center. Maintain attendance records of both students and staff. Ensure smooth conduct of daily classes and workshops. Coordinate with the Head Office for updates, reports, and requirements.

Reporting

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on admissions, collections, and center performance. Share progress updates and improvement suggestions with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Excellent communication and follow-up skills (English preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking ability. Confident in social media handling and customer interaction. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business).

Salary:

Based on experience and performance incentives for admissions achieved.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week
