Job Description

Responsibilities



Generate sales leads:

Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services.

Conduct sales calls:

Present product features, explain offers, and persuade customers to make a purchase.

Manage customer relationships:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and ensure satisfaction.

Handle customer inquiries:

Address customer questions and resolve issues or complaints to provide excellent customer service.

Achieve sales targets:

Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales quotas and goals.

Process orders:

Take and process customer orders in a professional manner.

Maintain records:

Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and purchases.

Provide feedback:

Offer insights and feedback to the sales and management teams on customer needs and market conditions.

Strong communication:

Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for persuasive selling.

Negotiation:

The ability to negotiate prices and terms to close deals effectively.

Customer service:

A customer-oriented individual who can provide excellent service.

Persuasion:

The ability to persuade customers to make a purchase.

Product knowledge:

In-depth understanding of the products or services being sold.

Problem-solving:

The capability to solve complex problems and handle customer complaints.

Time management:

Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks and calls efficiently.

Adaptability:

The ability to handle different personalities and stressful situations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
