Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and organized
Office Administrator
to be the backbone of our Chennai office. This is a multi-faceted role where you will manage a wide range of daily tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to handle all administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing correspondence, maintaining a tidy workspace, and handling general inquiries.
Computer & Data Management:
Utilize computer systems and software proficiently to manage data, create documents, and maintain digital records.
Billing & Financial Support:
Handle billing processes, including generating invoices, tracking payments, and coordinating with the accounts team.
E-commerce Order Processing:
Manage the end-to-end handling of e-commerce orders, from confirmation and processing to tracking and customer communication.
Inventory & Logistics:
Assist with tracking inventory levels and coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Software Proficiency:
Use
Microsoft Excel
for reporting, data analysis, and record-keeping. Knowledge of
Tally
is a significant plus, but a strong willingness to learn the software is also highly valued.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Vendor Relations:
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure a steady supply of office materials and services.
Qualifications
Previous experience in an office administration or a similar support role.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially
Excel
.
Experience with or a willingness to learn accounting software like
Tally
.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently.
